Differences in CAIQ Mappings in v3 and v4

NOTE: As of July 12, 2023, the current version of the CAIQ is v4.0.2, and the CCM is version 4.0.8. This article is in reference to these specific versions.

Please note that in the CAIQ v3, the mappings were all in the same tab. Now, in v4, the mappings are in a separate tab.

When you download the zip file for the CAIQ+ CCM linked here, you will see that the CAIQ and CCM are separated. (See screenshot below)

Please note that the CAIQ is the only required submission form, meaning that you would just need to submit that document if you were to upload your Organization's filled-out CAIQ to the STAR Registry.

The CCM file is the actual mappings of the CAIQ and does not need to be submitted.
