After a CSA Working Group meeting occurs (to set one up please see Creating a CSA Working Group Meeting) there is usually some work to be done. The following is a READ-DO checklist for post meeting work:
- Did you capture action items from the meeting and send them out? MeetGeek will capture them and make them available, but they will likely need some degree of review to ensure they are complete and correct. Posting the action items can be done directly, e.g. via email to the people, or it can be sent to the Google group, or posted on Circle for example. This will vary by working group.
- Did you post the meeting transcript and action items as needed? Transcripts and action items should usually be posted to the working group Google drive and/or the Circle community.
- Ensure any subscription/addition requests to the working group are handled. For example if anyone wants to add their personal email address, or suggests a coworker be added you either need to add them to the working group, or send them information on how to sign up to the working group. Please see "Joining a CSA Working Group" for details
- Ensure any unsubscription/removal requests to the working group are handled. For example if anyone wants to remove their personal email address, or suggests a coworker be added you either need to add them to the working group, or send them information on how to sign up to the working group. Please see "Leaving a CSA Working Group" for details
