Self-paced Course Completion Policy

All students enrolled in courses offered by the Cloud Security Alliance Knowledge Center are required to complete course content in the order it is presented. All required content must be completed to obtain the course completion certificate.

Our self-paced courses are designed to be taken sequentially to ensure complete understanding of a topic before moving on. Students must complete each module, lesson, or section in the sequence provided in the course outline, and advancement to subsequent modules is contingent upon the completion of the preceding ones. Any assessments, quizzes, or tests provided within a section must be passed to count as complete before moving on to the next section. Subsequent sections of the course will remain locked and inaccessible until the current section is fully completed.

Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for special circumstances, such as technical difficulties, learning disabilities, and accessibility issues. To request accommodations, contact support@cloudseucurityalliance.org.
