Users do not need to go to a testing center or schedule a time for the CCSK exam as it is online and available at their convenience. There are no hardware requirements or specific programs users need to install in order to take the exam. They should ensure that they have a steady internet connection before starting to ensure they have the best experience taking the exam. The CCSK v5 exam is 120 minutes, and the CCSK v4 exam is 90 minutes, so users should be sure to allow at least that much time. They can start whenever they are ready.
The questions are pulled from a pool and are not always the same for every attempt. CSA does not share the answers to maintain the integrity of the exam. Users can navigate to https://exams.cloudsecurityalliance.org/en/attempts to review any attempts they have made. Under each attempt within their account, there is a knowledge domain breakdown under certificate details. This can help users understand which areas of the material they should most focus on for their studies.
Any token can be used for any available version of the exam. Users can select which exam to take from the Select Exam screen (https://exams.cloudsecurityalliance.org/en/attempts/new).
Here, users may choose to select either v4 or v5, depending on which exam they have studied for. We highly recommend preparing for and taking the CCSK v5 exam, as this is the most current version.
The CCSK v4 exam will be available until January 1, 2026.
