In order to make these changes as simple as possible, we recommend keeping your account details updated and seting a backup email that is different than your primary email.
If you are about to lose access to your primary email due to leaving a company or another type of change you can request an email swap. To do this, first log in to your CCSK account and set your backup email to the email you wish to use going forward. Once this is done, send an email from your current primary email to email@example.com stating the following:
"I would like to swap my primary email and backup email. Please let me know if you require anything further!"
The support team will get back to you with any further information required or to let you know that the requested change has been made. You will also receive an email to verify your new email as part of this process.
