Refunds

For any CSA product purchased through us, we offer the following refund policy. This is only available for users or companies that have NOT used the product they paid for.

• Within 6 months: 100% refund
• After 6 months but within 1 year of purchase: 50% refund
• Over 1 year since issuance: No refund

To request a refund per this policy please email support@cloudsecurityalliance.org with the details of your purchase. Please include the original receipt, date of purchase, order number, and email that you purchased under.
