Course Extension Policy

The extensions on our courses are meant to ensure that all users have fair access to the course material they purchased.

Purchase of your Knowledge Center course ensures access to the material for up to one year from the date of purchase. After 3 months we require that you reach out to us to request an extension. You can request this extension every 30 days until your one year of access is expired.

We are committed to all of our students completing the coursework. If you need an extension on your course content within one year of purchase please reach out to training@cloudsecurityalliance.org to request a 30 day extension on your course content.

This policy is not intended to disqualify anyone who needs additional time to complete or review the courseware.  Don’t hesitate to reach out for an extension on your course access.
